NJCAA Region XI champion Iowa Central is ranked second and Iowa Western is ranked 10th. The Reivers fell from ninth to 10th after placing third at the regional meet.
The NIACC women are ranked 14th in this week's poll after placing third at the regional meet. The Lady Trojans were 18th in the poll before the regional meet.
Iowa Central is ranked first and Iowa Western is ranked ninth in the women's poll.
The national meet is set for Nov. 8 in Lubbock, Texas.
At last year's national meet in Fort Dodge, the NIACC women placed 13th and the NIACC men were 15th.
