Norcott, Holyoak-Church Highlight All-Region for Division I Women's Golf

The ICCAC announced the 2026 Division I Women's Golf All-Region honorees after the conclusion of the Division I Midwest District Championship.

After finishing first at the district championship, Poppy Norcott took home First Team All-Region honors.

Norcott put together an outstanding campaign in 2025-26 with three wins, a scoring average of 78.1 and an NJCAA National Championship berth. Her best score of the season came at the Hillcat Classic, where she finished 5 over par—enough for first place. She shot a 73 in the first round, which included three birdies and an eagle, leading her to a win. The last event she won was the Graceland Spring Invitational, where she shot 17 over par and bested a field of 59 golfers. In total, she had four birdies and an eagle to steady her scorecard.

Norcott is also the first Indian Hills golfer to win the district championship.

Another All-Region honoree was Iowa Western's Olivia Holyoak-Church, who finished tied for second at the district championship. Her score of 11 over par, with three birdies, was enough to propel her to an NJCAA National Championship berth.

Holyoak-Church dominated the field all season, including three wins, four top-three finishes and a scoring average of 77.3. Another win came at the Bent Tree Intercollegiate, where she finished 6 over par with six birdies. Her first win was at her first event of the season, the Lila Frommelt Fall Classic. She finished 13 over par and three strokes ahead of the 61-golfer field. She adds herself to a long list of Reiver golfers who have earned All-Region honors.

Indian Hills golfers Jade Blakeley and Mackenzie Reeves also earned All-Region honors, joining their teammate Norcott.

Blakeley finished the year with three top-three finishes and an average score of 79.7. Reeves finished with one top-three finish—at the WP Spring Statesman Shootout, where she fired an 8-over-par round with two birdies. She ended the year with a scoring average of 81.8.

For Iowa Western, joining Holyoak-Church will be Nina Lesbros to round out the All-Region honorees. She finished with one top-three finish—at the Bent Tree Intercollegiate. She fired four birdies en route to a score of 8 over par.
